- Western Blot (Cell lysate)
- Western blot analysis of HSPBAP1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2184) in Jurkat cell line lysate. All three isoforms of HSPBAP1 (N-term) (arrows) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibobody. The accession number of the isoforms are : Q96EW2; Q96EW2-2; Q96EW2-3.
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma tissue reacted with HSPBAP1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2184) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
