Signaling pathway in HEK-BlueTM TSLP cells |
(A) HEK-Blue™ TSLP cells were stimulated with increasing concentrations of human (h) or mouse (m) TSLP. (B) Increasing concentrations of Anti-hTSLP-hIgG2 (0.3 ng/ml - 30μg/ml) were incubated with hTSLP (1ng/ml) for 1 h before the addition of HEK-Blue™ TSLP cells. (C) HEK-Blue™ TSLP cells were stimulated with various human and mouse recombinant cytokines:10ng/ml of hTSLP, mTSLP, hIFN-γ, hTNF-α, hIL-1β, hIL-2, hIL-7, hIL-9, hIL-15, and 1000 U/ml hIFN-α. After overnight incubation, SEAP activity was assessed using QUANTI‑Blue™ Solution. The optical density (OD) at 650 nm is shown as mean ± SEM. |
